Refund policy
We want you to be happy with our products and offer returns on domestic orders 30 days after they are shipped. If for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase contact us at hi@gengeneration.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right. The 0 days window begins on the day the product is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
